XynB (Xylanase, Aspergillus niger)

Aspergillus niger XynB peotein coding region, this part is used to produce an enzyme to degrade lignin. It is used to degrade the lignin in the paper, so that the ink is separated from the paper to help achieve the purpose of deinking. Xylanase belongs to the hemicellulase system. The principle of action is that hemicellulase acts on the xylosidic bonds of the hemicellulose backbone to randomly degrade the xylan backbone into short-chain xylo-oligosaccharides. And by breaking the bond between lignin and carbohydrate (LCC), lignin is released from the cellulose surface. Therefore, the removal of lignin is accompanied by the removal of ink particles.
